With the information provided to us from our quotation tool, or from yourself directly we will discuss the details of your project over the phone, giving you an idea of what to expect.

On site visit
Before going ahead we usually do a site visit, to make sure everything has been accounted for, for your peace of mind. We will give you our opinions and advice if necessary about your boiler options, placement etc.

Final quotation
After getting a full picture of a project’s scope we will come back with a final quotation that you can go forward with. There can be unexpected costs that might change this figure, but for most of our projects, we are able to stay within budget.

sourcing the materials
We are using the highest quality boiler manufacturers in our installs, and we source our materials from trusted merchants, not compromising on safety and quality.

Booking the job in and starting the work
Going ahead with the job means we will book your install in our calendars, and agree on a time and date we will start, making sure we are on time and we are as effective as possible.

Final checks and
Once our engineers have installed your new boiler, we make all the required checks for both your safety and peace of mind.

We flush the system which removes black sludge (iron oxide) and limescale which improves circulation and reduces fuel wastage and boiler noise.
